Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Stir in 1/2 cup marinara sauce and remove from heat.

Step 4: Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese, roll up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.

Step 5: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, top with pepperoni slices and crumbled bacon.

Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
