Recipe: How to prepare this energy drink

Ingredients :
- 1 pineapple skin, well washed, cut into pieces
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 5 cm, peeled)
- 1 small piece of fresh turmeric (about 3 cm, peeled)
- 500 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Preparation :
- Put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a saucepan .
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat .
- Filter using a fine sieve .
- Add honey if desired.
- To drink hot or cold .
How to incorporate it into your routine for optimal results
- When to drink it? One hour before going to bed.
- How much? A small 200 ml glass is enough.
- Frequency? Two to three times a week for progressive effects .
