step 1 Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork tender, about 12–15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

step 3 In a separate pot, boil beets until tender, 25–30 minutes depending on size. Drain, peel, and slice.
step 4 In a saucepan, boil eggs for 7–8 minutes for jammy yolks. Transfer to ice water to cool, then peel and slice in half.
step 5 Season the chicken slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
step 6 Assemble the plate by arranging chicken, jammy eggs, potatoes, carrots, and beets in sections.
step 7 Finish with cracked black pepper and an optional drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store all components separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the microwave or lightly steam. Eggs and beets are best enjoyed cold or at room temperature. Avoid reheating eggs to maintain jammy texture.
