Roast Beef Sliders

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté onions until caramelized, about 10–15 minutes. Set aside.

Step 3: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared dish.

Step 4: Layer with roast beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese. Add mayo to the top buns if desired, then place on top.

Step 5: In a small bowl, melt 3 tbsp butter and mix in garlic powder, parsley, and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture over the top buns.

Step 6: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Step 7: Let rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Storage Information:
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven for best results. These also freeze well—wrap tightly and thaw before reheating.
