Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2: In a bowl, season the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Arrange the chicken drumsticks on a baking tray and roast for 35 to 40 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
Step 4: Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water until tender.
Step 5: Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk until smooth and creamy.
Step 6: Heat the chicken gravy in a small saucepan until warm.
Step 7: Steam or boil the broccoli, carrots, and corn until tender.
Step 8: Arrange the mashed potatoes on serving plates and drizzle some gravy over the top.
Step 9: Place the roasted chicken drumsticks and steamed vegetables alongside the mashed potatoes.
Step 10: Garnish with chopped parsley.
Step 11: Serve immediately while warm and flavorful.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegetables in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the chicken in the oven or air fryer at 180°C until heated through. Reheat the mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegetables in the microwave or on the stovetop until warm before serving.
