Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish. /n
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat. /n

Step 7: Return to oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. /n
Step 8: Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
