Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or muffin pan./n
Step 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder./n
Step 3 Mix everything together until well combined and a dough forms./n
Step 4 Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them evenly on the prepared pan./n
Step 5 Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through./n
Step 6 Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover sausage balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 10 minutes or in the microwave for 30–60 seconds. These can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated directly from frozen.
