Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a mini muffin tin./n
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, biscuit mix, and shredded cheddar cheese./n
Step 3: Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing until a thick batter forms./n
Step 4: Scoop the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full./n
Step 5: Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through./n
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Reheat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes.

These bites can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen until warmed through.
