Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter./n
Step 2 In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined./n
Step 3 Evenly distribute the cooked sausage into each muffin cup./n
Step 4 Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, filling each cup about 3/4 full./n
Step 5 Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and green onions evenly on top of each muffin./n
Step 6 Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tops are lightly golden./n
Step 7 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin./n
Step 8 Serve warm or allow to cool completely for storage.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store the muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds or warm in the oven at 325°F (160°C) until heated through.
