Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover beef and rice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to maintain moisture. You may also microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until heated through. For longer storage, freeze in portioned containers for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
