Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3: Roll out puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Evenly spread the meat mixture across the sheet, leaving a small border on all sides.

Step 4: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the meat.

Step 5: Carefully roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Slice into 6-8 equal pieces.

Step 6: Place rolls cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.

Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

Step 8: Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Storage Information

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven at 350°F (175°C) to maintain crispiness. These rolls can also be frozen and reheated directly from frozen for a quick snack.
