Step 1 Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. /nStep 2 Add potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes until slightly tender. /nStep 3 Add corn and eggs, and cook for another 5–7 minutes. /nStep 4 Add sausage and crab legs, cooking for 5 minutes. /nStep 5 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3–4 minutes. /nStep 6 Drain everything and set aside. /nStep 7 In a large pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. /nStep 8 Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. /nStep 9 Stir in seafood boil seasoning, Cajun seasoning, paprika, Old Bay, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. /nStep 10 Add lemon juice and mix well. /nStep 11 Toss all the cooked seafood, sausage, and vegetables in the sauce until evenly coated. /nStep 12 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a pan over medium heat with a little butter or water to keep everything moist. Avoid overcooking during reheating to prevent the seafood from becoming tough.
