Instructions

Step 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process, then set aside to cool completely. /n
Step 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, whisking until smooth. /n
Step 3 Add the cooled pasta to the bowl along with the cooked shrimp and crab meat. /n
Step 4 Stir in celery, red bell pepper, red onion, green onions, and fresh parsley. /n
