step 3 Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. /n
step 4 Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. /n
step 5 In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease. /n
step 6 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. /n
step 7 Distribute the cooked sausage evenly on top of the cheese. /n
step 8 Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. /n
step 9 Bake for 15–20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. /n
step 10 Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best texture or in an air fryer to keep the crust crispy. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can make the crust soft.
