Instructions
Step 1 Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until browned.
Step 3 Add chicken broth, cover, and let simmer for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4 Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks, then return it to the pan to absorb the juices.
Step 5 In a separate pan, warm the cooked rice with butter, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until evenly colored.
Step 6 Steam or sauté the green beans for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 7 Assemble the meal by placing yellow rice, shredded chicken, and green beans in a serving dish or container.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave or stovetop with a splash of water or broth to keep the chicken moist.
