Shrimp and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and broccoli. Sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for another 2 minutes until broccoli is tender.

Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 5: Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to combine, adding a bit of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Step 6: Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked pepper.

Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave with a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce.
