Shrimp and Crab Grilled Cheese Bombs

Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Step 2: Lay out the bread slices. On 4 slices, evenly distribute the seafood mixture and top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top to form sandwiches. Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.

Step 4: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Step 5: Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then slice and serve hot.

Storage Information

Best enjoyed fresh off the skillet. If needed, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven for best texture—avoid microwaving to maintain crispness. Not suitable for freezing.
