Shrimp & Bacon Cheeseburger

Instructions:
step 1 Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
step 2 Grill or cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt.
step 3 In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and paprika. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove from heat.
step 4 Toast burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
step 5 Assemble the burgers: Bottom bun, lettuce, cheesy beef patty, 2 slices of crispy bacon, spoonful of sautéed shrimp, optional diced onions, top bun.
step 6 Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftover cooked patties and shrimp in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat patties and shrimp in a skillet for best texture. Toast buns fresh before serving again.
