Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, olive oil, melted butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss to coat well.

Step 3: Tear large sheets of foil and divide the mixture evenly among them. Fold the foil into secure packets, sealing tightly.

Step 4: Grill or bake the foil packs for 20-25 minutes, until potatoes are tender and shrimp is cooked through.

Step 5: Carefully open foil packs (watch for steam). Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Storage Information:
Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or on the stovetop. Avoid microwaving foil-wrapped leftovers.
