Instructions
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Step 2: Lay a wrapper flat and place about 2 tablespoons of filling near one corner. Fold over the corner, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
Step 3: Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Fry rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Serve hot with extra Alfredo sauce and jalapeño slices if desired.
Storage Information
Best enjoyed fresh and crispy. Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best results. Do not freeze once fried.
