Instructions
Step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
Step 2 In the same pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
Step 3 Add remaining oil, sauté garlic, peas, and green onions for 1–2 minutes.
Step 4 Stir in the rice, breaking up clumps, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5 Add soy sauce, sesame oil, shrimp, and eggs. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 6 In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over high heat and sear the steak slices for 2–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 7 Steam or sauté broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 8 In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Step 9 Assemble by placing shrimp fried rice, steak, and broccoli in a bowl or container. Serve with creamy sauce on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store components in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat rice and steak in a skillet or microwave until hot.
Reheat shrimp gently to avoid overcooking.
Keep sauce separate and add fresh after reheating for best flavor and texture.
