Step 1: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, rinse them in cold water, and pat dry thoroughly.

Step 5: Stir in tomato ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes until thick and flavorful.
Step 6: Lightly toast the burger bun and spoon the sloppy joe beef mixture generously onto the bottom half.
Step 7: Place the top bun over the beef filling.
Step 8: Prepare the side salad by combining lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and salad dressing.
Step 9: Arrange the sloppy joe burger, crispy fries, salad, and ketchup on a serving plate.
Step 10: Serve immediately while hot and fresh.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover sloppy joe filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the fries and salad separate to maintain freshness.
Reheat the beef filling in a skillet or microwave until hot. Reheat the fries in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes to restore crispiness. Assemble the burger fresh before serving.
