Instructions:
Step 1: Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
Step 3: Stir in frozen vegetables, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Step 4: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to coat evenly with the sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top if using. Cover until melted.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until warmed through.
