Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese Wrap

Instructions

Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and diced bell pepper until the beef is browned and the veggies are soft. Drain excess fat.

Step 2: Stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Lay out the flour tortillas. Spoon a portion of mac and cheese onto each, then top with Sloppy Joe mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 4: Roll up each tortilla burrito-style, tucking in the sides.

Step 5: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray or butter. Toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Step 6: Slice in half and serve hot.

Storage Information

Wrap leftovers tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or air fryer to restore crispiness before serving.
