Instructions:
Step 1: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and French dressing until well combined.
Step 3: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Step 5: Once done, spoon the sauce over the top before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or additional cranberries if desired.
Storage Information:
Store any leftover cranberry chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
