Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

Instructions

step 1 Place potatoes and onion wedges in the bottom of the slow cooker.
step 2 Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
step 3 Add the seasoned steak on top of the potatoes.
step 4 In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and beef broth.
step 5 Pour the mixture evenly over the steak and potatoes.
step 6 Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top.
step 7 Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until steak is tender.
step 8 Spoon some of the sauce over the steak before serving.
step 9 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave until warmed through. Add a splash of broth if needed to keep the dish moist. This recipe can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
