Instructions

step 1 Add sliced sausage and halved potatoes to the slow cooker /n
step 2 In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes /n
step 3 Pour the seasoning mixture over the sausage and potatoes and toss to coat evenly /n
step 4 Add chicken broth to the slow cooker /n
step 5 Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender /n
step 6 Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and stir gently before serving /n
step 7 Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm
