step 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
/ n step 2 Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
/ n step 3 Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.
/ n step 4 Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
/ n step 5 Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
/ n step 6 Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
/ n step 7 Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat or in the microwave, adding a splash of water if needed to loosen the sauce.
