Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover smoked salmon, eggs, and fruit in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

To keep avocado fresh, brush cut surfaces with a little lemon juice and wrap tightly before refrigerating.

This dish is best enjoyed cold or at room temperature and does not require reheating.

For optimal flavor and texture, assemble the plate just before serving.

Discard any leftovers that have been left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
