step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). /n
step 2 Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. /n
step 3 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned. /n
step 4 Transfer pork to a baking dish and set aside. /n
step 5 In the same skillet, melt butter and cook sliced onions until soft and caramelized. /n
step 6 Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. /n
step 7 Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine. /n
step 8 Gradually pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened into a gravy. /n
step 9 Stir in thyme and simmer for a few minutes. /n
step 10 Pour the onion gravy over the pork in the baking dish. /n
step 11 Bake for 25–30 minutes or until pork is cooked through. /n
step 12 Slice and serve with gravy spooned over the top.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of broth to keep the meat moist. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated after thawing.
