Instructions
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3: Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to the cooked beef. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Step 4: Stir in the pasta sauce and cooked spaghetti. Mix until well combined.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange taco shells upright in a baking dish.
Step 6: Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti and beef mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of each taco.
Step 7: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8: Remove from oven, top with optional garnishes if desired, and serve immediately.
Storage Information
Store leftover spaghetti mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble tacos just before serving to prevent the shells from getting soggy. Reheat the filling on the stove or in the microwave before assembling.
