Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your broiler on high. Use kitchen shears to cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Brush the lobster meat generously with the spicy butter mixture, reserving some for later.
Step 4: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 7–9 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.
Step 5: Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Storage Information
Lobster tails are best enjoyed fresh. If storing leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven or a skillet with a little butter. Not recommended for freezing after cooking.
