Instructions:

step 7: Serve hot with steamed white rice and seasoned thick-cut fries on the side.

Store stir-fry and rice in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until heated through. Fries are best fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
