Instructions
Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Add remaining oil to the pan and cook ground beef until browned, about 5–6 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4: Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to coat the beef.
Step 5: Add cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Step 6: Top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Storage Information
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave with a splash of water to loosen the sauce. Freezing is not recommended as the noodles may lose texture.
