Instructions:
Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Push to one side of the pan.
Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Step 4: In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Add cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 6: Return beef and shrimp to the pan. Stir to combine and drizzle with sesame oil.
Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to refresh the sauce and noodles.
