Step 4: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
Step 5: Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 6: Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir well.
Step 7: Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
Step 8: Add a splash of reserved noodle water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Step 9: Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
Microwave in short intervals, stirring between each interval for even heating.
For extra flavor, top reheated noodles with additional green onions or a drizzle of sesame oil.
