Instructions:
step 1 Boil eggs to your desired doneness, peel, then season with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
step 2 Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and a little oil. Bake or air fry at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
step 3 In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil and cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
step 4 In the same skillet, cook shrimp seasoned with a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
step 5 Add remaining oil to the skillet. Sauté diced onions and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
step 6 Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
step 7 Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne to the sautéed veggies. Stir to combine.
step 8 Toss in the cooked noodles, sausage, and shrimp. Mix well until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
step 9 Plate the noodles and top with crispy wings and seasoned eggs. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce, or microwave in 1-minute intervals until heated through. Chicken wings and eggs can be reheated separately for best texture.
