Ingredients

2 packs instant noodles (discard seasoning packet)
10–12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6–8 chicken wings, seasoned and baked or fried
6 slices smoked beef or chicken sausage
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili oil or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

step 1 Boil the noodles for 2–3 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
step 2 Season the shrimp with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
step 3 In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. Remove and set aside.
step 4 In the same skillet, cook the sliced sausage until browned on both sides, then remove.
step 5 Add remaining oil, sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic until soft and fragrant.
step 6 Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, and stir well.
step 7 Toss in the cooked noodles, mix to coat with the sauce, then add shrimp and sausage back into the pan.
step 8 Simmer everything together for 2 minutes, allowing flavors to combine.
step 9 Season boiled eggs with a little chili oil, paprika, and salt.
step 10 Plate the noodles and top with baked/fried wings, seasoned eggs, and garnish with parsley.
