Step 3: Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds over the salad.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the salad just before serving.
Step 5: Gently toss to combine and serve immediately.
Storage Information
For best freshness, store the components separately. Keep the dressing in a sealed jar in the fridge and toss the salad just before serving. Consume within 2 days.
