Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 4: If using, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Step 5: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
Step 6: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Storage information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until heated through.
