Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). /nStep 2 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined. /nStep 3 Take a portion of the mixture, flatten it, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and form into a ball, sealing the cheese inside. /nStep 4 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. /nStep 5 Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them. /nStep 6 Bake for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked and cheese is melted inside. /nStep 7 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. These meatballs can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated after thawing overnight.
