Instructions
Step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 4 Add butter to the pan, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Step 5 Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 6 Push everything to one side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
Step 7 Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps, and stir well to combine.
Step 8 Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing thoroughly.
Step 9 Return steak and shrimp to the pan and toss everything together until heated through.
Step 10 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or oil to restore moisture.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until heated evenly.
Avoid overcooking shrimp during reheating to maintain tenderness.
