Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.

Step 3. Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.

Step 6. While the fries bake, season the steak cubes with salt and black pepper.

Step 7. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Step 8. Add the steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 9. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.

Step 10. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the parsley, diced chili, and lemon juice.

Step 11. Toss the steak bites in the garlic-herb mixture and remove from heat.

Step 12. In a separate nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-low heat.

Step 13. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, about 3–4 minutes.

Step 14. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.

Step 15. Arrange the crispy fries, steak bites, and sunny-side-up eggs on serving plates.

Step 16. Garnish with additional parsley and sliced red chili before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak bites, fries, and eggs separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until warmed through.

Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.

Sunny-side-up eggs are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated gently in a covered skillet over low heat.

For best quality, avoid freezing the cooked eggs. The steak bites can be frozen for up to 2 months and thawed overnight before reheating.
