Steak Bites, Eggs, and French Fries Breakfast Plate

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2. Toss the fries with vegetable oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy. If frying, cook until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

Step 3. While the fries cook, season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Step 5. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring.

Step 6. Turn the steak bites and cook for another 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 7. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from the heat and toss with chopped parsley and diced chili pepper if using.

Step 8. In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 9. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, or cook to your preferred doneness.

Step 10. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.

Step 11. Arrange the crispy fries, steak bites, and eggs on serving plates.

Step 12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak bites, eggs, and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat steak bites in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes to maintain their tenderness.

Reheat fries in a 375°F (190°C) oven or air fryer for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.

Eggs are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated gently in a skillet if necessary.

For the best texture and flavor, prepare fresh eggs when serving leftovers.
