Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
step 2 While potatoes roast, season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
step 3 Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Add 1 tablespoon butter and minced garlic in the last minute to coat. Remove and set aside.
step 4 In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
step 5 Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon butter, salt, and pepper.
step 6 Plate steak bites, shrimp, roasted potatoes, and green beans. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak and shrimp gently in a skillet over medium-low heat. Reheat potatoes and green beans in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
