Instructions
Step 1: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, rinse with cold water, and pat dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Remove and season lightly with salt.
Step 3: Season the steak cubes with paprika, black pepper, and half of the salt.
Step 4: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Add the steak cubes and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 6: Add garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes, sliced red chili, and the remaining butter to the skillet. Toss the steak bites until coated and glossy.
Step 7: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites and remove from heat.
Step 8: In another pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.
Step 9: Arrange the steak bites, crispy fries, and fried eggs on serving plates.
Step 10: Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Fried eggs are best enjoyed fresh.
Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. Reheat the fries in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes to restore crispiness.
