Instructions
step 1 Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.
step 2 Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Add sliced onions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
step 3 In another skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
step 4 In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes or until tender-crisp.
step 5 Plate the mashed potatoes, seared steak bites with onions, garlic butter shrimp, and sautéed asparagus. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak and shrimp gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave in short intervals to prevent overcooking. Mashed potatoes and asparagus can be reheated in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
