Instructions:
step 1 Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
step 2 In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then toss steak cubes to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
step 3 In another bowl, whisk together all garlic sauce ingredients and set aside.
step 4 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
step 5 In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
step 6 Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
step 7 Return cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the garlic sauce. Toss to combine and let simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
step 8 Add steak and shrimp back to the skillet and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
step 9 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, adding a splash of water to loosen the sauce if needed.
