Sticky BBQ Ribs & Grilled Boerewors

Instructions
step 1 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
step 2 Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil. Cover with another sheet of foil and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
step 3 Remove ribs from oven, brush generously with BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for 5–10 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
step 4 While ribs bake, heat a grill pan or braai over medium heat. Add oil and grill boerewors coil for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and nicely browned.
step 5 Slice boerewors into portions. Serve ribs and wors hot, garnished with lime slices or herbs.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover ribs and boerewors in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) covered in foil, or warm gently in a pan with a bit of water or extra BBQ sauce to maintain moisture.
