Instructions
Step 1: Season the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add the beef cubes and sear for 4–5 minutes until browned on all sides.
Step 4: Stir in the sliced onions and minced garlic, then cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Step 5: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Step 6: Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
Step 8: Cook the French fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potato strips until golden and crispy.
Step 9: In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper to prepare the coleslaw.
Step 10: Arrange the sticky beef bites, fries, and coleslaw on serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lime wedges.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover beef bites, fries, and coleslaw separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the beef bites in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. Add a splash of beef broth if the sauce becomes too thick.
Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–8 minutes to restore crispiness. Coleslaw is best served cold and fresh.
